You get yearly maintenance visits and reminder service, annual or monthly payment options, and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. You also get priority emergency service. When it’s peak season and the phones are ringing off the hook, you take priority over non–protection plan customers. You will always get a discounted service call rate as long as you’re a member, and you get up to a 25% discount on all repairs.
